I'm a grounded progressive running for City Council in Burnsville, Minnesota.
I live in Burnsville with my wife, three kids, two dogs, and mother-in-law. I run a small business that provides smart flight alerts to aviation enthusiasts (yes, that is a real job).
This winter, when federal agents were overrunning our city, I was disappointed to see our police responding to calls on ICE's behalf.
At January 20th's City Council meeting, as Burnsville faced one of its worst crises, Vince Workman, and predatory lender Dan Kealey, both up for re-election this year, responded to citizen concerns about ICE with "no comment."
We can flip our conservative/libertarian city council - please vote for me, Nick Benson, and consider one of my fellow progressives, Cati Gómez, Chris John, or Tunisia Irby - you can vote for two of us in the primary on August 11.
If you're a super fan, I'd love your help volunteering or hosting a yard sign, and if able, your financial support would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks to my supportive family and flexible schedule, I've been able to accomplish some meaningful volunteer work in recent months:
You can keep tabs on my campaign by following me on Bluesky or Mastodon - I'm old enough to have Facebook, but young enough that I've stopped using it.
Please fill out this form if you'd like to volunteer or get a yard sign.
